Payment
To ensure prompt payment, we accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Payment is required at the time of the session. Any payment that is delayed by 72 hours or more after the session may incur a 10% late fee.

Cancellation/No-Shows Policy
Cancellations can be made by text or call to 828.782.3139 or via email hola@sayitinspanish.xyz 
Individuals
To ensure the smooth operation of our services, kindly take note that late cancellations, less than 4 hours from scheduled time, will incur the full price of session. When the cancelation fee is made within 4 - 24 hours before a scheduled session is $20 fee per person. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not accrue a fee. 
 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Groups
For group sessions where each participant is responsible for their own payment, if a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, they are required to provide notice according to our policy. If the entire group needs to cancel a session, a designated person may reach out on behalf of the group, but please note that the fee structure for late cancellations and no-shows will apply to each individual participant if late or no contact is made.

In group sessions where a flat fee is paid per session, the group is responsible for the fee regardless of attendance. Flat fees are not altered or discounted participants do not attend. If the entire group needs to cancel a session, a designated person may reach out on behalf of the group. Please note that the cancellation and no-show policy will still apply to the group's flat fee in this circumstance.
